    Então, ja estava com o álcool e o fósforo na mão, qndo tive uma ideia kkkkk
     
    Usei algumas vezes aquelas roms OMNI pra restaurar imei em outros aparelhos. Fui pesquisar e não achei as OMNI mas achei as PIXEL EXPERIENCE (que sao baseadas no Android 9).
    Instalei o TWRP, instalei a rom PIXEL e voltou com imei zerado, pensei "vou tentar o bkp do efs que eu havia feito logo no inicio" e voilaaaa... funcionou o touch e a rede. A principio esta tudo ok, vou testar e qualquer coisa posto aqui.
