    Primeiramente tenha o Nokia PC Suíte instalado no PC   Solde o cabo usb no aparelho como mostra a imagem postada pelo nosso amigo Flavio Rufino nesse link    Baixe o Nokia Phoenix_Service_Software_2012.50.001.49220   Baixe uma firmware mais recente que tiver e copie ela nesse local:Computador/Disco local C/ProgramData/Nokia/Packages/Products.   Abra o Nokia Phoenix   Click em File e Open Product   Selecione a RM-827 e click em Ok   Click em Flashing e Firmware Update   Dê um click nos 3 pontinhos, selecione a Flash mais recente e click em ok   Marque a opção Dead phone USB flashing e dê um click em SW Reset     Agora com o aparelho desligado e sem a bateria(bateria tem que ta carregada), Conecte o cabo usb ao PC, segure a tecla power e insira a bateria e click em ok   Aguarde um momento,pois nesse aparelho demora um pouco   Quando finalizar irá aparecer essa mensagem   Click em ok, ligue o aparelho e teste-o.
