    Boa tarde, prezados. Um nokia lumia 520 está apresentando um erro que o ícone apresenta "bateria carregando" no entanto o aparelho não está conectado ao carregador. O problema some quando se desliga o celular, mas volta depois de um tempo. Apesar de apresentar "bateria carregando" a carga da bateria não aumenta, nem diminui, só indica que está carregando definitivamente. Já troquei de bateria, o software está atualizado (Windows 8.1 - versão 8.10.14219.341), mas o erro persiste. Ainda não tentei o hard reset, mas é minha última opção.
