    AE tech, ficou meio confuso sua escrita, mas aparentemente quer saber se deu certo o procedimento. Se for isso, para o morelocale 1 funcionar o celular precisa estar rooteado.
    O que pode tentar também que funciona em alguns modelos: 
    Com o aparelho rooteado, instale o root explorer e vá em system/csc, encontre o arquivo languages.xml e o apague. Feito isso, reinicie o celular e aparecerá outros idiomas no menu de opção. ( só lembrando que essa opção não funciona em todos os modelos. )
