    Primeiro certifique-se se os mesmos estão realmente sem funcionar, coloque o chip e veja se reconhece a agenda em contatos, após isso faça uma busca manual de rede, pra ver se encontra algum rede. Pode também usar os seguintes comandos *#0011#  e poste as informações da tela aqui. Se possivel faça uma consulta de black list. Espero ter ajudado.
