    Amigo se estiver congelado 100 por cento é compreensivo o aparelho não voltar mas em caso de loop infinito quase sempre volta, como disse o amigo Bruno, faça flash completa com pit de preferencia ultima versão de sistema disponível(atualizada) e poste resultado.

    Olá,
     
    Use um flash particionada com os 4 arquivos separados (boot, PDA, modem e CSC) junto com o arquivo .pit
    Após a flash, dê um hard reset no aparelho.
