    Bertony, confere se não tem oxidação na entrada do fone de ouvido. Faz uma ligação e coloca no viva voz. caso funcionar o viva voz o mais provável é que seja algo na entrada do fone. dá uma olhada na região do contato da campainha e faz uma limpeza.  Se não funcionar tenta outra campainha.
