    a maioria dos novos modelos da samsung se abre pela frente, ou seja tem que aquecer a fontal e com muito cuidado ir retirando o o touch(se tiver sorte o lcd sai junto com o touch, ai evita poeira ou digital no lcd ou touch) ou painel, alguns tem o flex do lcd atraz da tampa como é o caso desse, veja perto do flash é o flex do lcd, entao retire essa proteçao e veja se ta froxo o flex, pois o problema q vc diz pode isso, se nao tiver, da pra testar outro lcd sem desmontar pra ter certeza que é realmente o lcd.
