    Ola galera, eu sou quase q completamente leigo em relação a android, Hard Reset, Root etc. e logo de cara to com problema num tablet bright 0392(rosa), a cliente esqueceu a senha e quando tento fazer o reset só fica na tela com robô android e icone de alerta, mas não aparece nenhuma opção. só fica na tela com imagem do android. já me disseram pra ficar segurando até reiniciar q qnd reniciasse ja estaria resetado, mas não deu certo. Os botões são: "POWER" + "VOL+" Pow, se vcs poderem me ajudar, fico muito agradecido.
