    abra o itunes, pegue p iphone e um cabo usb e desligue o iphone conecte no pc, segure o home e power pro 7 segundos, solte somente o power e segure o home por mais 10 segundos o itunes vai falar que tem um iphone em modo de recuperaçao entao ai vc atualize o mesmo.
