    amigo pelo que lembro pois faz um bom tempo que usei a HWK, você clica em patch MSL apos clique em mobile info, e veja se os código de desbloqueio vai mostra ou apos clica em patch MSL pode tenta fazer o unlock direto.
     
    em alguns caso em fazia o read e2p e depois ia na opção unlock e2p mais agora acredito que está opção não existe mais. tente como lhe falei acima
