    Obrigado Ivan, estranho dar problema , pelo touch ser original, meu fornecedor da sim, garantia, porem o cliente, disse não se importar muito. Eu sabia do problema de bloqueio em touch similar, porém original, desconhecia, pela informação.

    bom dia amigo,já passei por este problema,ai foi só substituir o touch novo que havia colocado por outro,solucionou o problema na hora,veja com seu fornecedor se o mesmo da garantia da peça e pessa a substituição.
