    Lg E612F Hard Reset não funciona

    Galera estou com esse lg e612f e não consigo fazer absolutamente nada com ele, tento fazer o hard reset nele, ele aparentemente faz o reset, mas quando ele reinicia ele volta pro mesmo estado de antes, já tentei instalar outra rom nele pelo KDZ e tb volta pro estado bugado dele, já tentei atualizar a rom pelo LGmobile support tool e tb ocorre a mesma coisa, detalhe que nao consigo apagar nenhum app e muito menos instalar qualquer coisa nele, outro detalhe é que ele não está com root(tb não consigo fazer, td vez que tento ele reinicia e volta pra onde estava), se ajudar ele fica sempre dando esses erros, "Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped", "infelizmente, o processo android.process.acore parou". Se alguém puder ajudar desde já fico muito grato.
