    Eu consegui fazer o hard reset(e475f) assim: Sem bateria, aperte volume para baixo, conecte o cabo aperte na casinha, quando aparecer LG solte todos os botões e aguarde, vai aparecer o bonequinho do android com uma barra de progresso em baixo ai é só esperar reiniciar!
