    Bom Dia! tenho um xperia neo que está apresentando o seguinte problema: PIN de desb de rede do SIM, quando inserido chip de outra operadora que não seja a Vivo, já liguei na VIVO, na Sony Ericson, na Anatel e assistencia técnica e o telefone continua bloqueado para uso de outro chip que não seja da VIVO. Alguém pode me ajudar?
