    Depois de tanto quebrar a cabeça , tentando de tudo troquei a bobina smd L296 o problema foi solucionado no meu caso, quando essa bobina queima geralmente ela deixa marca pelo lado de dentro da blindagem. aqui problema resolvido definitivamente mas comentem se deu certo também valeu abraços.

    Galera peguei um assim depois de ter caido na agua testei tudo e continuava ligando sozinho troquei a camera funcionou normalmente!!!
