    Boa tarde galera, encontrei a solução depois de quebrar bastante a cabeça
    TUTORIAL 
    1-Você irá pegar o arquivo "persist_1.img" e copiar para a pasta do minimal adb and fastboot
    2- Irá abrir o uma janela de comando 
    3- passar esse codigo "fastboot flash persist persist_1.img" Com o aparelho em modo fastboot. 
    Resolvido.
