    Agradeço pelas dicas, porém executei 3 vezes o procedimento citado pelo Ary, todos com exito. e quando insiro o chip de qualquer outra operadora ele pede código de desbloqueio, ou seja, continua bloqueado. Existe alguma outra forma? Pesso ajuda? Meu aparelho é um S621 da operadora Claro. Desda já agradeço.
