Geralmente isso é algum programa em seu PC que estar dando conflito com o SW. Solução: Teste em outro PC e veja se persisti o problema.

Geralmente esse EM35 da problema de envio de código errado, isso não é culpa de seu fornecedor e sim do próprio sistema, mande ele verificar se gera outro código, no mais acho que é só isso pois como você informou ele pedi o código com o tempo e você digita, porem não desbloqueia.
