    Você pode retirar de outra placa igual e fazer reballing. Caso não tenha a placa pega a referência do Ci e joga no goole normalmente vai aparecer o ci e quais aparelhos ultilizam o mesmo.

    Baixa a última rom disponível no samfirm e faça a instalação normalmente. Ja sofri muito com esse mesmo problema no mesmo aparelho.
