    Olha vc tem q fazer o seguinte depois de conectar na net aperta e segura a bolinha do botao em baixo daí vai entrar numa tela do Google vc aperta no saber mais daí vai ter em cima fazer login e outra coisa q esqueci agora daí vc aperta nessa coisa então vai abrir outra tela daí vc aperta e segura em qlqr palavra embaixo vai abrir um menu em cima daí vc aperta na lupa depois vc exclui oq está escrito e escreve confirmar já vai aparecer o ícone da configuração do aparelho daí vc vai em backup e restauração vai em restaurar padrões de fábrica e confirma pronto tá feito...
