    O meu Sansung S3650 está reiniciando e não consigo fazer ele ligar pelo menos por 5 minutos. Meu celular só conecta ao PC com o programa New PC Studio, se o celular estiver desligado o New PC não funciona, ele não abre pasta nenhuma e nem a entrada USB é reconhecida pelo computador caso o celular esteja desligado. Tentei utilizar o programa que Master Clan postou, mas com o celular desligado ou reiniciando não deu... Alguém tem alguma dica?
