    Caros Senhores etou com o mesmo problema meu J165l tbm esta travabdo na tela da "VIVO" e não possuo box entao gostaria de saber se é possível reinstalar o sistema atravez de usb normal e como se faz o processo tentei com um programa chamado "BCM2133 Downloader v1.61©" mais infelizmente não obtive sucesso!!! Desde ja agradeço...
