    Desculpe por ter usado caps lock, eu não sabia. Sobre o ser técnico, não, eu não sou, mas sou curioso e procuro aprender tudo aquilo que pode ser útil. Eu já usei o full reset *2767*3855#, mas o problema continua. Quando eu acesso as configurações e acesso o meu perfil e tento mudá-lo, ao teclar em "editar", ele desliga e reinicia.

Eu tenho um samsung gt-c3200 e ele apresentou o seguinte problema: ao receber uma chamada o celular desliga e reinicia, e só aceita a chamada no perfil reunião, nos demais ele continua desligando e reiniciando. um outro problema é: eu não consigo redefinir o meu perfil, toda vez que eu tento ao teclar para definir o perfil, o celular desliga e reinicia. como posso resolver esses problemas?
