    a dica ajudou mas no meu nao deu certo de primeira ja tinha baixado app free na app store mas na parte No iPhone Browser, vá em "private > var > mobile > Library > Downloads" no meu nao tinha esta pasta de download ai fuçando eu achei esta pasta " var > mobile > documents > instalous > downloads" ai la tinha as apps q ja tinha baixado pelo proprio instalous ai depois fiz como os passos seguintes que voce postou ai deu certo. mas vlw ja ajudou
