    Bom dia sou Marco tenho 45 anos me cadastrei por que observei que neste site há responsabilidade e todos ajudam a tirar duvidas. Já havia postado uma duvida anteriormente mas não havia espaço , por isso não foi gravado o post. Minha duvida é: O cel de minha filha é um GT360 e parou de receber sinal depois de transferir fotos e musicas do PC. O chip da Claro está funcionando normalmente. Utilizando o codigo "1809#*360# e usar a opção 5 Factory Reset é possivel solucionar o problema?
