    Bom dia! Gostaria de saber se o Sr. Marcelo teve sucesso no procedimento. Eu estou aqui com o mesmo tablete HY-E702 que a minha sobrinha colocou uma senha e esqueceu, e não consigo dar um resetão nele. Já realizei o procedimento acima descrito, porém não obtive resultado algum. Se eu seguro o volume menos e power ele entra em um modo de segurança, porém ainda assim pede a bendita senha. Tentei fazer dessa forma pois é assim que se faz com o tablet positivo para entrar na tela do robô verde. Já tentei apertar tudo nessa joça, só falta jogar na parede. Continuarei pesquisando. Grácias hermanos, arrivederci!
