    Olá amigos, sou novo no forum e venho pedir uma ajuda a vocês, sou leigo no assunto mas peço compreensão por favor... Gostaria que alguém me explicasse o que aconteceu com meu celular e2210 para eu poder procurar soluções no forum. Simplesmente ele desligou e ao ligar estava tudo diferente, pedindo senha para entrar em menu, contatos, enfim, praticamente tudo aparece 'inserir senha', e ao tentar fazer uma chamada ele reinicia. o bluetooth ta ligado, sem a mensagem de boas vindas, sem o papel de parede, sei la parece outro perfil. Alguém pode simplesmente dizer o que está acontecendo? Ou possíveis soluções? Desculpas pela ignorância e desde já grato por qq ajuda
