    Meu celular lg KP265c bloqueou e nao consigo fazer e nem receber ligaçoes . Ja liguei para minha operadora que e a VIVO , mas nem eles conseguem me ajudar . Levei o aparelho em uma assistencia tecnica tambem nao resolveram o problema . Pede o codigo mas nao me lembro da senha. Por favor ajude- me a desbloquear meu celular. Obrigada
