    Três possíveis soluções: 1 - Sistema lento e/ou bugado e por isso demora para sair o simbolo de carregamento, seria interessante ver se nas informações da bateria ainda mostra carregando ou não. Seria interessante trabalhar com o sistema limpo quando ocorre esse tipo de problemas 2 - Se na opção você verificou e mostra carregando, seria interessante ver a linha de comunicação entre o CI Charger até o conector 3 - Conector pode estar danificado ou algum componente próximo a ele pode estar avariado. Qualquer duvida tento te auxiliar na leitura do diagrama.
