Olá pessoal. Fica aqui uma dica para esse modelo Nokia 7020. Estava piscando o LCD interno, msm trocando flex e LCD não resolveu. Então lembrei q esse modelo, quando o LCD "externo" está quebrado, ele provoca vários problemas no funcionamento geral do celular. Foi só desconectar o LCD externo e resolvido o problema.
