- Moved Certificate button from Suite to SAT (now for request certificate, just run SAT, press user actions the request box certificate)

- Improved internal communication with card (for solve some customers issues)

- Fixed communication with few ZTE modems (sometimes not detected)

- Added some description messages (for help users)
