Fico mais facil, Retire a mesma efetue a limpeza com uma borracha na ponta do flex da Auricular, limpe o conector que prende o flex na placa e test. Caso nao funcione toque a Capsola Se torna a nao funcionar troque a placa onde conecta a auricular, post o resultado caso tenha sucesso ou nao, para que possamos te dar novas posiveis soluçoes esses sao os primeiros passos OK. :)

ja troquei o flex da placa principal e nada, alguem tem alguma soluçao?

1. Teste com Outro Flex.

2. Teste com outra Capsula de Audio.

3. Verif se existe Oxid na PCI.

4. Verif o Conector do Flex.
