Segue passo a passo de como fazer o Hard Reset neste modelo

1-Ligue o aparelho

2-Segure o botão de aumentar o volume para "Baixo" e precione o botão central"circulo do meio" e junto sem soltar nenhum dos botões da um toque no botão vermelho que tem atras da caneta perto da bateria com o nome "Reset"

3-Em seguida ira Aparecer uma tela escrita desse jeito...

4-Agora solte os dois botões e de um toque no botão do volume para cima e o hard reset sera feito com sucesso
