depende muito se for problema de hardware de uma analizada na area de audio do aparelho observe alguma trilha rompida ou solda fria resolde com cuidado esta area.

2º tente aplicar umka firmware diferente no atc .. lembre-se de fazer backup na mesma ..

não sendo tente aumentar os valores pelo modo engenharia do atc... *#3646633#

va em audio > loudspeak> aumente o ganho de volume do aparelho apos va retornando para o menu original e confirme..

teste e post resultados...
