Gui changes and emmc core changes:

- Now eMMC regions can be loaded with separate button e.g
you not need them they will not be loaded.
- Increased eMMC dump loading and preprocessing.
- If you will doubleclick eMMC Region its adress
and length will be set in adress setting boxes.

* Fixed loading of ROM2 parts for some exynos phones
