Chinese Miracle-2 (Release) MTK/MediaTek v1.08 released

MTK SP (Android) eMMC:
- Reset Privacy Lock (AntiTheft Lock) released - World First
Allow reset "Privacy Protection Password" without FullFlash Erase, Destroying phone calibrations etc.
Mostly used for MT6571/MT6572 phones
- Fix DL option released - World First
Allow fix "DL Tool Fail" and rest start-up errors after "Flash Write", "Format FS", "Reset PL"
No need factory firmwares etc.
That option allow now support original HTC, Acer, and some other brands with MTK65xx CPU
- Format FS improved
- FlashId database updated

MTK SP (Android) NAND:
- Improved "Read Info" operation
- Improved "Read Flash" and "Format FS" operations
- FlashId database updated

Other changes:
FlashInit improved
Repair Security for MTK SP phones improved
Other fixes and changes
