ola pela octoplus da pra faser porem eu nunca fis com ela mas tente assim com o atc desligado e conectado ao usb aperte liberar e se pedir pra vc apertar o power 

 

aperte por tres segundos e se caso não der assim tente com ele conectado acha a porta com e aperta liberar,tente e poste resultados..

    tentei os procedimentos mais da a informaçao que na porta selecionada o telefone nao foi detectado.e no programa da box so tem uma opçao de porta que é com 3 nao tem outra porta com.
