6102b não faz nem recebe chamada

Gostaria de perguntar se alguém já resolveu esse problema, estou com um Samsung S6102b que não faz e nem recebe ligação ... IMEI não está zerado, reconhece chip e rede da Vivo! Já passei firmware pelo Odin e hard reset, nada até agora resolveu, alguém ai sabe o que fazer??

Simples Sr. leve seu atc até uma loja autorizada "Munido de nota fiscal" para que eles possa esta verificando se nao existe algum tipo de bloqueio ou restrição no seu atc
