estou c um lg gt 350 e este a camera não funciona ja resetei ja atualizei e nada quando vai para o modo de camera ele trava ai tenho que tirar a bateria para voltar a funcionar normalmente como posso solucionar este problema

ja abriu e verificou se a camara nao esta mal emcaixada o plugue? se ja verifique possiveis oxidaçoes na regiao da placa a onde fica o conector e faça uma limpeza tambem verifique a possivel troca da camera
