Olá boa noite!!  Eu gostaria de saber se alguém me dê uma luz de como fazer a atualização no samsung V820l... ele fica reiniciando...

 

no programa da box diz que tem que apertar o numero 9 e depois a tecla power !  mas não tive exito! 

 

possuo a Z3X BOX... agradeço pela ajuda!

 

Mas, o procedimento é este mesmo. Pode ser que seu aparelho esteja com algum outro problema, por exemplo no conector usb ou mesmo na placa.

 

 

Verifique

1. Conector USB

2. Bateria se está com carga completa

3. Teste outro cabo USB

4. Caso ainda sem sucesso, abra o aparelho a procura de oxidação
