Por estar rejeitando a sua conexão o servidor pode ter identificado que vc não ta utilizando a versão mais recente, isso tem acontecido pra quem ainda não fez o update. Acho que vc não deve estar utilizando a versão mais recente, que é a 3.40 segue o link pra obter a versão da MX-KEY mobileEx 3.4 (rev1.0)

consegui,mais passientemente tentanto dezenas de vezes...acredito que a explicaçao pra isso esta na sobrecaga do servidor ...pois nos ultimos tres dias esta assim!!!!!outros colegas conhecidos meus estao no mesmo problema!!!!acho que eh so esperar ou ficar tentando!!!!
