boa tarde amigos, to com um galaxy ace q segundo disse o cliente o touch estava travando, ele tbm disse q o touch é novo. dei um reset nele nao adiantou, fiz um segundo reset e quando reiniciou aparece uma tela azul com data e hora q fica tipo flutuando no visor e nao para de se movimentar... alguem pode me ajudar? ;reza desde ja agradeco...
