amigo o fórum e voltado para técnicos e creio que vc não seja técnico então fica dicio passar algum procedimento por isso aconselho a vc levar a uma assistência técnica para que não aja ricos de vc fazer algum procedimento que leve a perda do seu aparelho.. .
