vc perguntou ao seu cliente qual foi o motivo que levou este atc desliga sozinho ,já verificou se os conectores da bateria estão conectados da devida forma que deve esta conectado na bateria já vi muitos casos parecido antes de resolda qualquer aprelho e sembre bom verificalo com cuidado as vcs são coisas simples e por falta de atenção se torna complicado mais poste mais sobre o atc ou então aplica uma flash com heitor citou boa sorte poste resultados...........
