boa noite meus caros amigos,eu estol com problemas para usar minha box vygis,eu ja estalei os drives ja coloquei o registro na pasta,e quando eu tento faser a leitura aparece a menbsagem, open_usb_device_description_device not found...,.caros amigos me ajudem por favor.

    Verifique se sua box esta intalada no modo usb. Para verificar 1° Va em propriedades do computador 2° Clique em Hardware 3° Gerenciador de dispositivos 4° Gontroladores USB ( Barramento serial Univerversal) Verifique se existe o drive vygis 5º se nao houver o drive va em comporte e verifique a comporte que esta instalado o a box 6º quando abrir o programa selecione a comporte que esta instalada e clique em conect para ver se da o mesmo erro
