boa tarde! estou com 2 motorola mb501 que esta reiniciando porem quando vou fazer o procedimento do hard resete ele nem entra na tela do android e o mb860 esta pedindo a senha do google que o clientes esqueceu, tbm estou tentendo o hard reset dos dois a mais de 4 dias e nao consigo ja tentei os procedimentos do forum e nada. alguem pode me dar uma soluçao pra eles?
