Bom dia aos colegas do fórum, estou com um aparelho que ESTÁ DANDO SERVIÇO LIMITADO HUAWEI ETS 8121 TELEFONE DA TIM SEM FIO O QUE FAZER?

obtiver respontas de um colega que disse pois trata-se de um atc ,segnifica que o atc esta sem serviço ,pois já testei outros chips e continua a mesma coisa, alguém teria uma sugestão também no fórum para completar a opinião do colega?
