caros amigos eu estou com um samsung galaxi y s5360 que tou tentando fazer um hard reset nele ja consegui colocar em modo de reset mais as teclas de volume não estão funcionado nem pra cima nem pra baixo pra mim fazero hard reset nele se algum dos amigo tiverem alguma solução pra esse problema postem ai por favor ficarei muito agradecido...fiquem com Deus grato mittacell
