1-Tire a bateria, recoloque-a e coloque o telefone em modo BL (Bootloader) usando os botões LIGAR, CÂMERA E VOLUME - (PARA BAIXO). Você verá uma tela branca com uns negócios escritos. Instale os drivers e espere,post resultados.
